Super easy to do business with. Erin helped me put with my new car loan. And she made it a breeze! She will be my go to person from now on!

Not only was I on hold forever, but they were also the only lender out of several that I called that offer a max 72 months on an RV loan. The majority of lenders well at least go 10 years on an RV. An RV is not the same as a traditional auto loan. You should offer more than 72 months on something that has the potential to cost $150,000.

There are some very good employees at this institution, however, I would not recommend anyone to take a loan through them. There is a lack of organization and professionalism. The following is a list of issues with this CU: they lost two checks, never successfully sent coupons for loan, incapable of communication with insurance companies or putting insurance on file without immense amounts of babysitting, unable to electronically put liens on and take liens off titles, unable to work with out of state customers, lack of communication within the institution for accounting of an account, lack of communication with customer, and charging customers fees and interest as a result of Select Employees CU’s mistakes. I am highly disappointed with this institution and would not recommend taking a loan out here. I have not had any issues with credit card or savings account at this institution.
