The car dealership set me up with SOCU for an auto loan. SOCU charges $10 per payment unless you have an account with them, but you can pay in person if you live nearby. I live 68 miles from the closest branch and they refuse to help me set up an account online. They really want that $10.

I've been banking with SOCU for approximately 15 years now and have never had any issue that wasn't immediately corrected with amazing customer service! I couldn't think of a better financial institution to work with. Thanks for always taking care of me and my family!

I’ve had SOCU for as long as I can remember, never have I EVER experienced horrible customer service until my spouse got a new truck and his loan handler had been treating him horribly. Told them not to take another payment since we traded in his car for a truck (old car loan was paid in full) she pulled it anyway. Loan lady was told by three people at the dealership not to pull it, then tells her boss it was never discussed…been fighting with these people for a week now because Nicole and Sherry are clearly not there for their clients and complying with agreements that are documented. I also bank through another bank so I’m considering closing out my SOCU account after how I’ve seen them treat my spouse. Not worth the headache. Been a customer for over 15+ years. Crazy service. 3 people saying the same thing just to be called a liar? We’re good. Keep your ego. A call to the branch manager is in play.

Nicole was wonderful and went beyond the call of duty! There were issues with Docusign. She handled a potentially frustrating situation with professionalism, patience and good humor. She’s a keeper! We look forward to working with her in the future.
