This is more of a public service announcement. If you are scammed, your financial institution makes the decision to refund those charges. Lampco told me Visa was the decision makers in a recent scamming incident that involved my account. This is inaccurate . Make sure you document what you are told and research it because I was not given accurate information. Nor was I provided documentation that they investigated it. There are 2 federal ways to get help. NCUA and CFPB.

Savanna at lampco is amazing! She helped us with our finances and made it so easy to understand it all! Another plus sheβs very nice and fun to talk with! Definitely 5 stars!

Transferring funds is often times necessary in emergency situations. During one of those emergencies, pipes busted under the home leaving my 88 year old father without water. He doesn't online bank nor does he use a credit card. With 20 minutes left before Lampco closed he called to transfer funds and was left on hold for the entire 20 minutes until they closed. If they are claiming to be open until 5:00 then they need to stay open to callers until 5:00. My father has banked with Lampco for over 50 years and because of their refusal to do their jobs until closing time he won't be banking with them any longer. We will be closing his Lampco account and opening a new account with a bank that respects their customers enough to answer the phone. Very disrespectful of this bank to leave people on hold just so they don't have to put forth the effort of working after 4:30 leaving a loyal longtime customer with no access to monies needed for emergency home repairs. Luckily I bank at a real bank and was able to access my account to pay for the repairs. Lampco is a joke and their laziness demonstrates why there is only one branch now and hardly anyone banks their anymore. It won't last much longer when they treat people the way that they do. Zero stars.

Had few fraud issues. The resolution to cancel my card. Don't think about the inconvenience they apply on top of issue you already dealing with. Staff do not have sympathy or even empathy. Hope they are not in situation any of Customer. Then give option for them to go my financials .... Nothing is private anymore.... My suggestion don't bank here.

WOW! The changes Lampco has made in the past couple of years, from staff, to ATMs, to their app, and their operations have been amazing! I am so happy I switched from Chase to my LOCAL credit union. I love walking in and the staff knows me and are so helpful and kind with all my issues.
