Where do I start! This place is wonderful! We have all of our loans . checking and savings here..everyone is always so Friendly's and helpful with all of our needs! And Cole McCollum is amazing! We can't say enough! He goes above and beyond always..and is wonderful to work with! He makes the process of getting loans so easy! We truly recommend one vision federal credit union for all of you're needs!!

All of the employees at One Vision FCU are friendly, knowledgeable and able to answer questions in a timely manner. I have been a customer for over 15 years. The name has changed but the tellers have always been welcoming and respectful. Your name is used once they see your ID or paperwork. Obtaining a new car loan proved to be a pleasant experience. My loan representative was Cole. Cole was there for me every step of the way. He answered any question or concern within two or three minutes via text or phone call. I was concerned about an "online" application as I am "old school." But I had the paperwork for the loan the same day and it turned out to be a stress free event. Cole treated me as a person - not as a commodity that would help the bank. I highly recommend One Vision for all your banking needs. Thank you, Cole, for helping me purchase my new wheels!
