Joyce is great! She was extremely helpful with my auto loan and made the whole process clear and simple. :)

The teller staff are very nice, however, it takes forever to get replacement debit cards and the fees that are charged are higher than other local banks. When I wanted to open savings accounts for my children they wanted a photo ID for them. None of which were old enough to have one, they accepted the birth certificate but it was almost an argument to get that taken care of.

I've been a member for six years now,and every time I've gone into their facility . I have been greeted by someone with a smile, and have found them to be the most helpful of any institution I've found in this state or any other. I appreciate the service.

I love everyone here. I'm always in a hurry when I go to the bank and they do what they can in any situation- Especially helpful when I was purchasing my home. Tammy and Mary are great!
