**Updated 10/30/25 I called in per the recommendation from the "owner" response. Once again, no assistance was given and I was passed off to a non-specific voicemail. While their security measures are excellent, the customer service experience was disappointing. In working through matters related to my mother’s estate, the representatives I spoke with demonstrated zero empathy or understanding of the situation. A simple acknowledgment of the circumstances or a bit of compassion would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, the support provided felt cold and unhelpful. As of now, my mother's bank account will sit there until the end of time.

I have been a member of Tech C.U. & primarily use the C.P. facility for my banking needs. Staff members are polite & very willing to help with complicated transactions. I will continue to use Tech as my primary bank!

Website was down, so I called in for my balances. Lauren at the Crown Point Branch was able to help- but went SO FAR ABOVE AND BEYOND, here I am leaving a review. When she pulled up my account she noticed bill pay charges (a feature I don't use) and was able to reverse all of them. This wasn't even why I called! She is amazing, and a true asset to their team.
