I’ve been with this credit union since I was 17 years old and I am now 39. I don’t know what has happened over the years, but it has gone downhill significantly. I have been waiting on a credit card replacement for over a month now. I have called numerous times over the last month, and I’ve been told three times now my card has been sent out, yet I still don’t have it. The first two times, they didn’t even send it out! Now it was apparently sent out a week ago, and I am waiting.. I got my bill for next month though, and since it comes from the same place I’m not understanding why I received that and not my replacement card yet. I am also not impressed with the online banking because it is always having issues. I wish they would get it together, or after many years of banking and two vehicles later, I am going to switch..

Had a good experience with my bank recently. Greg Singer was especially helpful while working with me on my dad’s truck—he was straightforward, responsive, and easy to work with. Overall, solid service and I appreciate the help.

Take your business to Liberty, they've never done me wrong. Diamond Valley can't do anything right and what they do manage to do will cost you hundreds in fees and hours of your precious time. Crazy to do business here with an actually helpful and careful institution like Liberty available down the street.

Diamond valley federal credit union is the best place to do your banking. They treat people with respect . I hated going to banks before , I felt like just wanted to take my money all the time. With diamond valley they treat you all the same no matter how much you have or don’t have. And they make getting loans fast and easy.like I said, Diamond valley federal credit union is the only place for me, and It can be good for any one.
