This is my first contact and use of this credit union. They have been over and above the top in helping me secure a loan needed to buy land. They have actually held my hand at each step as I go through the process. I would 100 percent endorse using this credit union. A special thank you to Crystal at the branch.

The best banking experience I've ever had. Though I no longer live in Evansville, I've been an account holder for over 35 years, obtained many signature loans with them; and never, once had any complaint or dispute. I joined when it was the Post Office FCU inside the main Evansville Post office on Sycamore Street.

Evansville Federal Credit Union has been my family's bank for many years. The friendly and quick service is always great. Many of the tellers know my family members by name and we feel like more than just a number to them. I would recommend this credit union to anyone looking for a new bank with a personal touch.

I would not open an account here. First of all they have giant photos of feet all over the place which was really weird as hell. Feet are a huge fetish and most people these days know that. Second of all, go to 5/3 or another bank where your account can bounce instead of overdrafting. My charges take forever to post with this bank too. Overall just the weirdest bank I think I have ever had and I’m changing soon

No help whatsoever. I opened an account with them on 3/6, debit card was supposedly shipped out immediately. It’s 3/20 and I still don’t have a card. I went up to ask them to expedite it or make a new one or give me a temporary reloadable card or SOMETHING, and their answer was “just wait until Friday and if it’s still not here, we’ll order you a new one.” OH. SO I CAN WAIT ANOTHER 2-3 WEEKS AGAIN??!! How does this make any sense? I do not recommend them at all. Not if you want access to your money without having to pull out cash every freaking day.
