Always great service here. Grateful to be part of the credit union. Recently spoke with gidget in the loan dpt and she was very helpful with answering my questions and alleviating concerns. Dont look elsewhere for lending needs.

At this point I wish I could provide a negative! I had issue where I was trying to receive collect calls being that Ive not completed request before, they sent email where they had taken money out account but couldn't tell me where the money was (merchant). I tried 2x's I informed I had information for proof! I thought it could be my phone so I put $18 on my daughter in law phone. I informed CU, I was not contesting those charges as she was able to pull her account up and reflect the balance. The FPCCFCU denied my request once again! They denied a request back in 2022 where Amazon took money out my account but refused to tell me where it was delivered that time it was $708. It's time for me to move banking. I've had over $100k and there's issues not anymore..... UPDATE! So I received email that my case had reviewed and it reflected and error, thank you because it truly was. Not sure why gonna assume because my review. However I'm glad they listened. Ms. Laura was very nice and professional she explained they were not able to recover the funds from other party as I was not either. I understand the process but not everyone cheats and I don't. I like the credit union but they have to trust me as I put my trust in them......

I've been a member of the FPCCFCU since I began writing FWN's Readers Choice advertorials quite a few years ago. In the process, I've interacted with many employees at nearly all branches. I've never failed to get questions answered and "problems" solved, all through knowledgeable and professional credit union representatives. I highly recommend the facility for financial advice for a home mortgage, auto loan or those of a lesser nature.

I just want to let you all know that you have a very special employee working for you at the Clinton St. branch. Kirstin Rocks!! How much?? Well, it seems like Everytime I have a problem, or a mistake on my part, Kirstin fixes it all with the quickness!! I feel like I know her. She is so bubbly, polite, willing to help if she can, she ALWAYS knows my voice!! I just wanted to let you know what kind of beautiful people you have working for you!! Please tell her for me, kiddo, you are going places, please stay the way you are, a beautifully and wonderfully sentient human being made by God above!!
