Shawn was nothing short of wonderful to work with. I fell behind on my car loan due to hard life circumstances and he was able to help me figure out a way to get back on track. It was such a stressful situation that felt unmanageable, but he never once made me feel bad or guilty. Even when life kept getting in the way of my payments, and went above and beyond to help me. He was always kind, always encouraging, and always found a way to problem solve. Because of him, and the rest of the staff at partner’s first, I was able to keep my car out of repossession and get my loan back on track! I am so, incredibly, grateful for Shawn and all he was able to do. Thank you!!

Possibly the worst bank in the world to pull a loan from I had a lifted beefed up truck. I volunteer gave it back And they told me they only sold it 9 hundred dollars. And then charged me more than what the loan was worth nothing but literal bank bullying. They allowed my account to get hacked a multitude of times this has gotta be one of the worst banks. I've ever been with never again. Would I use this service?

Anyone who works in technology can see their website and backend hasn’t been updated in a long time. I ended up moving my loan to another bank because of frustrations with it. Their payment system wasn’t synced up properly with where it was supposed to pull money from with my other accounts. I ended up paying $300 in late fees and also taking a hit on my credit history. My credit was good until I got a loan here. I don’t advise doing business here.

Thank you Eric, Beth (in New Haven), Maddie and Angela for your patience and grace this holiday season! This year has been extremely tough on my daughter and I. Just when I thought things weren't gonna get any better, Eric, with the help from others, gave me a light at the end of the tunnel! Thank you times a thousand! I have been a member with Profed for 25 years, my daughter is now a member as well. I would recommend them hands down!
