Working with Delaney S at 3 Rivers Federal Credit Union has truly been an amazing experience over the years. Buying cars can feel stressful, but Delaney and the team have always made it feel easy, personal, and genuinely caring. It never feels like a transaction — it feels like family. What I appreciate most is how Delaney takes the time to check in about life, we talk about her kids, and what’s going in life things beyond just the paperwork. That level of care and consistency is rare these days. Over the years, as life has changed and my family has grown and shrunk, Delaney & Steve has been right there, making sure I’m supported and taken care of every step of the way. We have been members for a long time and stopped in to open a savings account for our youngest. The person we spoke to turned us away because "everything stops at 1 p.m." and it would have taken them a little past then to get the account set up. We currently live out of state and don't have the luxury of coming back another day and I wanted to work with someone in person instead of doing it online. We have had other branches work with us even if it takes past closing so this poor customer service was incredibly disappointing.

As a new customer my experience went very well. Mary helped with opening checking and savings accounts, she made sure I was acquainted with the bank by phone app. Brandon worked diligently on my loan from start to finish, any questions I had he took care of. Overall my experience was very pleasant, should any friends or family need a banking institution 3Rivers is who I'll recommend.
