Do NOT use this bank! If you are late at all on a loan payment, they lock you out of your option to pay online and make you call and jump through hoops to pay, only to offer the worst customer service and least personable person I have ever had to deal with on the phone before. I felt generous with the 2 stars instead of 1, only because they did give me a good interest rate on my loan, but it’s NOT WORTH THE HASSLE!!!

Don’t trust this Credit union after I have been a victim of 8k lost all my savings and going through so much stress they told me they are going to investigate. I provided the police report and everything they needed. I never heard back from them they didn’t respond to my voice messages and I never got my money back! They are not to be trusted and will not help you when you need them most. It’s sad because I have been with them since I was 10 years old and had a kids savings account.

If you go through this bank, then don't. They took the direct deposit thing out of all their ATMS. Not worth time going to if you cant get to the branch during opening time!

They became who they are cause of the little guys but after building the 8 million dollar main office gradually forgot where they came from. Can't wait to close out accounts and find better. They'll only ever offer you enough to add to your debt but not enough to help you get out of debt. Rich bailed out with more and more help and the cyle has to end. In over 10 years with multiple paid off loans ive talked to 1 nice person. Horrible "customer" service. Feels like you're dealing with irs and not your bank.

Excellent credit union with great savings, investment, and loan options. Christmas Club is a great way to put money away all year long to pay for holiday expenses. Very untuitive online and app functions as well
