How are you gonna say “open” but when I call it says “office closed” and when I get there “only scheduled appointments” I just want to know WHY my card was locked? Now I gotta wait to use my money. Real awesome.

Inconvenient is a great way to sum up this place. The workers don’t seem to understand that the people coming in and making transactions is what pays their salary. Really unfortunate that this basic financial concept has not been understood there.

We have been with Community link for years. We do all our banking there including our mortgage. The staff is very helpful, I feel they go above and beyond to help you out with your financial needs. It only takes 5 dollars to open and maintain a savings account. We recommend Community Link to all our family and friends.
