Doors locked during business hours all the time. Shouldn't force you to use the stupid drive through system.

They now are like chase. Bounce an auto withdrawal at nine in the morning. Deposit my direct deposit in the account two hours later. Which should have already been in the day before. I would like to say this has only happened once but, is now a repeat pattern for them. I usually always recommend credit unions. This one has made me rethink that.

This place is very unprofessional. I’ve been banking with them for the past year and over that year they have failed to mention to me that if I use my card number and such to pay a bill that I will be charged an ATM fee through my bank. Once I was aware of that I called to get more clarification on the matter & they pretty much told me that “that sucks & now you know what to do next time & this experience can only be used to help train our employees” Family horizons, if you see this your costumers are not here to help you make sure your employees are doing their job correctly. They should have disclosed that I would be charged an extra fee if using my debit card. So for anyone out there just so you know make sure to not use your debit card here.

I’ve never dealt with a bank that is so ready to charge you for every few they possibly can. Oh and wait your were negative for a day? Let’s lock your account even thought your account is back in good standing. I’ll be calling to close my accounts soon. Bank anywhere else.

If I could have given 0 stars, I would have. This bank is the WORST. You can't even make payments online if you have a loan, you HAVE TO have a checking account with them, which is absurd. If you offer loans, you should have an online e-pay system for all loans. Customer service is also horrible. It takes forever to get anyone on the phone, and they aren't very nice once you do get a hold of them. They process things strangely and will blame your bank or you for any additional fees when it's the strange way they are processing. We are counting down the minutes until we can move our loan and will NEVER go through this bank again. I would recommend everyone avoid them like the plague. Don't trust any other reviews on here - as they are probably from current employees and not actual satisfied customers.
