I’ve had an outstanding experience at this financial center. Ariel is truly exceptional—professional, personable, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers. The whole branch is efficient and welcoming, but Ariel’s service really sets it apart. Highly recommend this location!

Went in to get something notarized, and Jason Bennett was super friendly and helpful. He pointed out a deal on a car loan interest rate that I could take advantage of that would make something I was not looking forward to (shopping for a new car) a much easier experience. I have been a member my entire life and recommend FCFCU highly.

The 56th Street branch will always have five stars with me! There will always be moments or times, every now and then, that leave you feeling a bit unhappy or unsatisfied in some way, but not out of the norm; like with any bank; but overall financial center has been my best banking experience of all of the banks I've ever banked with in my life. I not only highly recommend them I am highly grateful for them. The staff at this branch is the absolute best!!!

I came in to just figure out how I can start making payments on my loan. Tried to do this myself and the verification emails and calls never through so I decided to just come into the building. To my surprise I was asked to take a seat and wait for a “banker”. After being asked to take a seat I look around and there is an open area with only two seats. First off I’m not sure how you can even call that a waiting area when you have one “banker” and a line of people waiting. If I knew this is how financial center ran things I definitely would not have done my loan through them. I was honestly getting second hand embarrassment being in there. It has been a nightmare just trying to simply start making payments.

I love this credit union! There’s a very kind Spanish Speaking banker who knows a lot about credit cards. I recommend you talk to him next time you someone needs a loan.
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
