very deceptive & snarky! They do not practice customer services or ethics here. A rep by the name of Alex, is just malicious. My bank declined A payment. When I callled Forum we set up a payment arrangement (for the following day) Just 60 days past due & my car is REPOED

Rarely does this branch appear to be staffed well enough to accommodate customers in a timely manner. Every single time that I have gone I have waited upwards of 30 minutes simply to deposit a check (can't do so at ATM due to my account type). Knowledgeable staff, but not timely service. I understand that this is more of a 'boutique' branch and not a teller shop like you would find in the suburbs but still.

I’m in multiple times a month, and Pam and team are always very helpful. They even asked if I needed a 2% cash back credit card which saved me some cash on normal spending. Plus, it’s a credit union and if you have an account you own a piece of it. So no crazy high big bank fees here! Highly recommend.

I have been banking with Forum for over 20 yrs. Never had any problems. The branch downtown'good thing is you can get money in increments of 5's instead if 20's. When you open your account it tells you how much you can get out of the ATM in a 24hr period. So if you need more you know you have to go inside. The only down fall I have with Forum. It dosen't have enough ATM. So when all the credit unions close and you need 💰 you might have to drive half way cross town to get it or pay a fee to get it.

I opened a new account at this location and they were so helpful. I tried to open an account at another branch first and they didn't inform me of all the paperwork I needed. I came to this location and they were very clear about what I needed and went out of their way to help save me time and another trip. Very nice people, we will be back.
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
