Site is always done. Only get the notifications day of. Some of us don't have the luxury of looking at our emails all day. Been with them for 7 years but I think its my last 😡

I was in excellent care securing an auto loan with Financial Health Federal Credit Union. Clarice Rogers' service, knowledge, and efficiency made me feel so at ease and that I was right where I was supposed to be. I valued her hospitality and respected her deep dedication to her job. As branch manager, she sets a high bar and standard, which overflows to other staff that also assisted me in the process. You can't go wrong at FHFCU!

You going to change your app without notifying your members and then not set up a line to help your members get their new app set up and when they finally stop getting a busy signal and it rings through they get put on hold then you hang up on him

I recently took advantage of FHCU’s “Refi My Ride” promo here in downtown Indy, and I couldn’t be more impressed! They made the process super easy and ended up saving me a ton each month on a recent purchase—something even my bank of 20 years couldn’t match. As a smaller credit union, they’re much more personable and quick to respond, which made the experience smooth and stress-free. If you haven’t used them before, I’d highly recommend giving them a shot. And if you have in the past but weren’t totally satisfied, it seems like they’ve made some major improvements to their operations lately. Definitely worth checking out!
