Im going to upgrade my review. I applied for a home equity loan through what Harvester CU calls thier mortgage company, members first mortgage. After a terrible experiance with them I terminated the loan application, weeks later members first mortgage is attaching themselves to my State Farm Home owners policy as a 2nd mortgage. The sad part is not one person from Harvester CU has reached out to me even though this was supposedly through their credit union. I am currently seeking legal action against Harveter CU and members first mortgage.

Harvester Federal credit Union employees are the best!! I've been banking with them for 15+years, all the employees are still there, with the exception of the ones who have retired. I know everybody there by name, as I know me by my name, and I'm not just a customer, I'm a member! Harvester is the best credit union that I have dealt with, there's no other that can even compare to not just what Harvester Federal Credit Union Offers, but the going beyond of just doing a job! These ppl aren't just employees, they are like family, they genuinely do care, it's not just small talk, they know you by your first name, & always make you glad to bank with them, as people! I've been with those big named banks, to them, you're just another account! They aren't like big the big banks, that charge you for not having a minimum amount in your account, along with the many bs services charges & fees! Harvester has all your needs from checking, saving various savings funds whether it be Christmas or vacation, home loans, home refinancing, auto, & so many more other offers. I know HFCU has something for everyone's needs! ♥️

I’ve never had an issue with anybody there since I got my car loan through them in 2023 Up until today. I had gotten an email that I owed some money so I had called up to make that payment as well as an additional payment and Zoey was so unbelievably rude. I’ve worked taking phone calls and payments for a place and that is just not how you do it.

The worst customer service ever! Went in a few weeks ago. Experienced racism with these people, I cannot think of the name Diane/Dana, sweetie my wife's English is much better than yours, saying you are unable to understand my wife because of her accent? You saw her last name and your demeanor changed towards her, no respect, your a racist individual. Only one that was pleasant was the first teller when walking in, might be a Hispanic woman, who would acknowledge anyone coming through the doors. They could learn a lot from that woman! One would provide me with wrong information and clueless on how to do her job when I called, another one red headed woman instead of doing her job is crying about her messed up marital status, they are very unprofessional, especially hearing all the negative things they would say about customers. Another thing phones ringin nonstop, but they are on their own personal phones doing who knows what, terrible. Work is work, keep personal out of it and do your damn job. I have never seen a credit union with so much fraud before. Never doing service with these people again.

Will lock your bank account and hold your money hostage if you have any issues do not use this place. Lost my job and got behind on my small loan so they locked my bank account fro allowing deposits but allowed charges to come thru and charged me $30 for insufficient funds fee. The lady on the phone was rude and sounded like she hates her life and all of the harvester customers. Please please never use this place and save yourself some frustration.
