Hoosier United Credit Union has helped me get back on my feet and put me on a straight path for a secure financial future. They work specifically with local union sheetmetal workers and IBEW and make securing personal loans, automotive loans, and other loans a breeze!!! What is love the most is the hospitality that you receive here you will never find at a large bank corporation. Thank you especially Hoosier United Credit Union located at the sheetmetal workers local 20 union hall location!!! You have done so much for me I wish I could give more than a 5 star rating!!!

Will illegally steal your money by charging you multiple “overdraft fees” when the account was never in the negative to begin with. Will then argue on the phone with you, refuse to call back to resolve anything, and deny said charges. Do not recommend at all.

WOW! I believe it was a lady named Brittany who answered the phone. I was attempting to touch base with Mandy regarding some documents I had sent over to her. By far was the rudest someone that is in customer service has been over the phone. Only reason this isn’t a 1-star review is Mandy was great to speak to yesterday but Brittany has made me turn my back on trying to do business there

if i could give 0 stars i would. my close friend banks here and i thought it was absolutely absurd the way one of your tellers spoke to her “if you’re so worried about it, you should’ve came into the branch”. SHE WORKS ALL DAY. what kind of response is that? there was an issue with her account where she had a positive account but they were still charging her overdraft fees. totally unprofessional. super disappointed.
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
