Well let’s see for years this bank has stop my personal transaction claiming to stop fraud. I mean local usage, not even out of my own city. But this week someone from Minnesota got ahold of my debit card info and they allowed it to go through !!! WTH Finacial builders. And now they are telling me that it may take anywhere from a few days to months to get the transaction reversed if at all!! Poor customer service. Hate that I’ve had this account so long and now I’m gonna close it due to poor customer service!

Years of bad service. If I call for assistance it’s ALWAYS leave a voice mail and we will call back. Today I asked to speak with someone to complain when they finally called back. She put me on hold and sent me to voice mail. If you need assistance now, forget it. If I need help 6 months from now I’ll only be able to leave a voice mail.

So Iv been calling everyday around 3pm trying to get my account fixed after they switched systems. This is disappointing because all the way up until a year or so ago, the customer support was always amazing. Something’s changed about this bank and they’re always busy or something’s not working properly. In my experience and personal opinion, this is a beginners bank account.

I can never speak to anyone until the end of the day when I call! Also I pay $4 monthly for a paper statement and I usually have to call to get one.

Payoff process quick & easy. Tried to show my Insurance carrier info no available person to do so, main reason I payed off loan.
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
