The girls are so wonderful. The loan officers are fantastic. I'm always greeted with a smile. I get a call immediately if there's suspicious activity on my account. They're just a fantastic bank

So you’re telling me if my account was hacked and money was taken out of my account even though I didn’t make that purchase and had the card in my possession you won’t investigate or give me back my own money?!!! What kind of stupidity is that…. Oh and then to say we gave you a new card but DID NOT CLOSE THAT OLD CARD so hackers still have access to it …… how is this bank still open…. 🫠🫥

This bank is the worst bank by far! If you are looking to open an account do not use this bank! You can never get ahold of anyone on the phone, they do not have a customer service number. My bank account has been hacked and you can forget trying to take care of that they are extremely rude, and treat you like it’s your fault and make you jump through hoops to get YOUR money back that was taken from you by some company you didn’t authorize. Jarrod is absolutely horrible he talks to you like you are 2 when you are just trying to ask legitimate questions about your account he is so rude! I can not wait to close my account, and find an actual bank never going to a credit union again!

Hello, I’ve been a member of the credit union for about 12 years. The employees are great if you’re looking for small talk, however service is another thing. Ive been stood up at a meeting I had set and when I showed up I was told they called off; no courtesy call or anything, I’ve been lied to about 3 different inquiries over the years. When I went in to get farther information, I was told it’s “still processing”. Read all fine print and don’t just trust the word of an employee

I've been a member here for a long time and they have been the best financial experience I've ever had. This credit union has done more for my credit than anything I could have done alone. The branch manager Kristin is one of the greatest people and professionals ever. She does so much to help accomplish your financial goals. She is absolutely above and beyond all others. Clearly superior!
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
