Every time you mistype your username or Face ID doesn’t recognize your face it locks you out of your account and your only options are waiting on an hour phone call or going in and waiting at a branch. I get wanting security but this is too much of a hassle to expect your clients to just waist an hour or more out of their day every time their account is locked for a simple mistake. This is the most inefficient method I’ve witnessed for “fraudulent activity.” I’ve never had this issue at another bank.

Honestly this bank is not great . I have worked with a lady named Kaila and each time I’ve talked to this lady she has seemed frustrated annoyed and was plain rude. I have been treated better at non credit union banks. If you don’t like your job atleast hide it for members.

I walk in and the greet me like they’ve known me forever! Emma always greets me with a smile and wave. Whenever I have a problem with my accounts Belle is always the one to go to save the day. Sydney is really serious about her loans other than that they just need more suckers in the lobby!

I want to thank Olivia at the union Street branch she helped me deal with a fraud situation. She was informative, friendly, and extremely supportive. Thank you.

Yesterday, I had not one, but THREE fraudulent charges on my card. PEFCU did their job to protect me... One of the reasons I'm with PEFCU. The only downside was that, also yesterday, albeit at 5:25p.m., I went to a branch in West Lafayette, spoke to a teller, who did NOT tell me what was going on, and suggested I call customer care, which I did. The gentleman on the phone told me the situation, and suggested I go to the branch to get a new card. However, it was now 5:38, and the branch was closed! Today, I went to my favorite branch on Union Street, and took care of business. Thank you, PEFCU for your fraud protection services! However, please ensure that your tellers have all information necessary so that we don't have to make multiple trips to a branch!
