I’ve been banking with Grand Heritage since 2008. My account had fraudulent charges and Grand Heritage charged exorbitant fees for this and refused to return the fees because it was "out of their control." They eventually returned the amount taken during the fraudulent transaction, but did not return the fees. In addition, their website is not secure. With the rise in fraud, this is not a place to do your banking. I thought credit unions were supposed to be better than banks, not worse!

Been going to this credit union for 15+ years. The ladies there are like family. They are willing to help with anything possible and know nearly everyone by name. We are valued members there, not just a number. Highly recommend.

The staff are super helpful and informative. I have been banking here for over a decade and wouldn’t recommend any other credit union over them. They have a great loan officer named Jeri who can help you receive the best rate.

Very concerned about their employee’s recent Facebook comments about a customer’s account and their policy on overdraft fees on fraud. They need to be reported to the NCUA and compensate their customers for all those fees they’ve stolen. Beware!

The ladies here have been very kind to me over the years. Jeri, in particular has given me an enormous amount of assistance and guidance during the last 12 or so years. For that, I am extremely grateful.
