We used to LOVE Community Spirit and always highly recommended them to friends and family. Sadly their customer service standards have went downhill drastically. Tammy is the rudest person I’ve ever met and does the absolute bare minimum (if that) to help customers. I would suggest getting rid of her and doing a clean sweep of board members as well as Christy and Dave aren’t much better than Tammy. So sad to see what was once such a great local business go downhill because of a few bad apples.

I've ask them three , 4 times now to up the amount I can with draw, so I can pay rent. This is oveously to big deal to rap there heads around.. so for the fourth straight consecutive month... straight.. they have failed.. I hate having to be upset.. I'm a nice guy.. so I think my best bet is just draw all my money out. An go else where.. if nothing nice to say... say nothing is what I've always heard.. thumbs down.. two thumbs.. way down..

This is a great place to do business. We were paired with this credit union when we bought a car in Lawrenceburg last year and it's been great ever since. We've left all previous accounts with our other banks (some of 8+ years) and solely bank with CSCU and have no plans to ever go elsewhere. Online banking looks slightly outdated compared to some larger, commercial banks... but don't let that fool you. It is absolutely the easiest online banking we've ever used. The simplicity of it makes money managing/paying bills and total breeze. (Compared to my last banks online system, very bulking, hard to find what i needed piled on top of the options I would never use) Communication is stellar, we've never had issues reaching anyone with any questions. I would recommend this credit union to anyone, honestly suprised this is the first review.

I have been banking with Community Spirit for almost 10 years. They still offer the simplest, most friendly, small town banking in the tri state!! Would recommend (and i do all the time) without hesitation! Thank you Community Spirit for your service to our small town community!

I want to give a huge thank you to the ladies at community spirit credit union. I have had such bad luck this last week or so and they have gone so far above and beyond to help me resolve the issues I've had even though none of it was their fault nor the banks. If your looking for a quality bank with unbelievably awesome service please go there you will not regret it!!!
