This bank is ridiculous I've been a member for more than 10 years and they charged me 96 dollars in fees for the same transaction for insufficient funds. Mind you im a substitute teacher and dont make that much and around christmas time. I talked to them about eliminating the fees and they said we can't do that and there gonna charge another 33.50 on top of that 96 bucks if the same transaction trys to.come out the next day. Im a sub I make like 200 bucks every two weeks. How am i supposed to do christmas or even buy food for my kids. What a greedy bank. It's like if your struggling clearly and they add to it so your always in debt. It's sickening ill be switching banks because of the nf fees. A lawyer said I can document all the fees and maybe have a case.

I have been with this credit union for 50 years, the reasons are because they are honest, helpful and offer a number of services that I utilize.

I locked my card a couple times before. And that's because I kept putting in the wrong password. So it locked my card. I think that's a good feature. I've called the number before and it was a lot. I personally haven't had a problem with them. The girls inside are very polite to me. I don't see what's going on with all these reviews. Like I said, I personally haven't had a problem at all. Once I stop putting in the wrong password, everything straightened out because I stopped messing up.

my card and my son’s card-separate account both were locked on a Friday night. Bank is closed till Monday. Called the 1-800 number and the staff would not explain to me why it was locked or anything. Wouldn’t answer questions clearly and rushed me off the phone. I received no phone call informing me of my locked card. I know have to go all weekend with no access to my card. Holiday weekend. Very frustrating

They have been great! I have been with them for 20 years ... my license and a whole book of checks was stolen from me and they helped me out tremendously they noticed it wasn’t my signature on the checks they received and called me... so thankful for great helpful people! They also have a kids club savings account your kids can set up my kids enjoy getting the statements in the mail from them! Thanks ladies you all do a wonderful job! Have a wonderful day 😊
