Debit card frequently doesn't work despite having enough funds and can't even add it to some services saying there's something wrong. When calling they say it's "locked for protection and I need to call to unlock it first". What's the point of having a damn card if I'm not allowed to use it!? What if the business is closed (like most times I would be making a purchase)!? What if I don't want to have to call every single time I just want to buy food, see a movie, order something from Amazon, etc!? I cannot wait to switch banks.

This bank is fraudulent! Missing numbers and no receipt is not acceptable! If you like a website from 1992 this is your bank! Don't expect a debit card or checks from them for at least 6 weeks when opening a new account. This place is garbage! Go elsewhere!!!
