The team at U.S. Federal Credit Union is truly phenomenal. I would especially like to recognize the top-tier management team, **Debbie and Candice**, who have both been outstanding to work with. I’ve personally experienced how professional, responsive, and reliable they are—especially during urgent requests, where they consistently step up and deliver excellent support. They are always available by phone and go above and beyond to ensure my banking experience is smooth and stress-free. It’s also great to see many familiar team members from the Gary branch now serving at the Merrillville branch, which makes the location feel welcoming and well-run. The leadership and staff at Merrillville are exceptional. **Teller Emily** is fantastic—whether assisting through the drive-through or inside the branch, the service is always friendly, efficient, and professional. This is a great credit union. The staff is friendly and I have always gotten positive results from here. Mrs Rowton helped me with a car loan and she was great. Very very patient with me because I was back and forth with my loan and she answered all my questions. This was my second auto loan and I recommend it to anyone. Great rates also considering the economy.

We have always had great experiences at this credit union! The service has always been exceptional and the staff have been excellent especially Sally who has dealt with us on loans and CD’s. She has always been friendly and sincere and makes sure our business is completely taken care of before we leave. We always feel very comfortable dealing with her!
