Closed my account after a few years with them. Paid for fraud protection for years with it as well. Come time I finally have a charge of $42.79 from Walmart.com I haven’t shopped online with them in 5 years yet they said an online payment had a pin used I said please prove it was me. told it’s on me… I brought proof….Including uninterrupted video of my whole Walmart account last ordered from in 2021 on an expired account from a different bank…. This place is a joke as is its management… watch your account closely here… they flag nothing …and don’t pay for the fraud protection they don’t do nothing about it.

The "trust" in first trust is a joke. I just went to the drive through and they sent my tube back to someone else. It had my ID and my account info in it! Now someone knows all my personal information. She said "sorry! It happens all the time" and laughed.

They are terrible people to bank with. I moved and started a new job. Was given a check, went to a shared branch that they advised me to and cashed it into my account. I’ve been with them for over 5 years and not understanding why I have a 7 day hold with a check that came from the company. Was told at first that they can uplift the hold if I had the branch I went to fax over a copy we’ll I call again to see if anything I can do cause I need my money to pay bills and make it to work. And was told now all of a sudden they can’t take the hold off at all. I hate I am still even with them. The people are so rude and careless. Then the lady hung up on me. DO NOT BANK WITH THEM

I don’t need to get on my account very often, but when I do, I get a message that since I haven’t logged in recently, my account is locked out!!!! I am so aggravated!!! I do transactions regularly but now I am expected to look online regularly! That stinks!!! Thinking of moving our three accounts to another credit union.

We were insulted and made to feel like our business didn’t matter. We were members for over a year with multiple accounts including an auto loan in excellent standings. We never had an NSF. Staff is rude. Uninterested in helping you or keeping good business. We are taking our business and accounts to another credit union that values their members.
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
