Been with them for over 20 years now. Had personal loans, auto loans, multiple accounts, and credit cards. They have always been great to their customers and did everything they could to help. Love this credit union!

if I could give less of a star I would. please save yourself the headache and the stress of banking here. it has been the worst year and a half for me. Everytime I use my card I never know if they put a “block” on it and it gets declined. everytime I make a payment over a certain amount (small amount let me add) it gets declined for “fraud”. When I call they direct me to a different number. That # transfers me back and so on. it’s an absolute nightmare. I’m absolutely done with them

I have been a member of TCU for over 25 years. Car loans, home loan, personal loan and used lots of there services. But when they switched to everwise we have nothing but problems I love the security on the debit card however it makes it hard when it won't let u get groceries. Now the branch told me to run the card for credit and that takes care of it in 80%. But they have stopped out account being hacked 3 times so it's not such bad thing just frustrated. Had several savings bonds to cash had my n my husband's ss# on them the TCU in Warsaw would not cash them not sure they knew how gave me lots of excuses. I took my son 3 weeks ago to open his first savings n checking account. We were promised $50 a piece for my referral n his being a new account. Have went in twice told it was fixed but it's not. I hope it's just not them working the kinks out as they have a lot of perks we use n like. I just check online banking a lot. Also we have never had our account hacked but had it happen 3 times in two months after they changed I hope it gets better

I usually prefer a credit union over a bank, but not in this case. When I first joined I was treated excellent, over the past year customer service has gone to the wayside, staff is constantly changing, and is obvious that they don't care about their members. I left yesterday because of their dispute policies on charges to accounts. They have literally taken hundreds from me, I've had my account breached 3 times, and when closing my account they wouldn't even give me cash, it was a cashier check that I have to pay to cash! If you have an account, watch it closely. The overdraft policy is insane and they will dig you a hole that you cannot recover from. Before there's a comment about managing my money when you have incidents where a outside source takes money that they shouldn't, or the credit union confuses you account with another members account and causes an overdraft... they will not make good on refunding the overdraft fees.
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
