Do you like spending your money online? Well I would choose a different bank. This one will constantly lock your card due to fraud even though you have called over 100 times to get it unlocked, and have told them that it isn't fraud and they agree to stop locking the card for that issue. it still happens but they let the transaction go through and you don't realize until you're standing at a register and your card keeps getting declined. So you have to look stupid while you sit on hold for 20+ mins while you wait for them to unlock it. Maybe this bank is just for old people of New Castle who never use their card online but i'm over it and will be changing banks because of this. Would rate negative stars if that was an option.

This is not my first issue but my biggest one and most recent, Just recently went on a cruise Out of the country, put a travel note in 3 days before, and my card didn’t work a single time if my mom wasn’t with me I would’ve been absolutely screwed and left with out food or anything. This bank did not apologize or tell me the reasoning just said oh try it now???? Like after I’m already on my way home. Very upset and closing my account tomorrow, suggesting to never go to this bank. Being without money anywhere is scary yet alone in another country when I took all precautions yet they didn’t. DONT USE THEM EVER! Very unsafe.

Bethany P. at the New Castle location had told us if we got 1 more bill knocked off we could refinance our newer truck, but not until then. So we did, paid that bill, just to be told by her sorry we can't because you still have a vehicle you let go back. I realize that & you had discussed that with us and said because of that 1 more bill is to be taken care of then we can refinance. Long story short, we lost our vehicle because she lied to us. Very unprofessional, & rude in my opinion.

Another edit: I AM removing my 5 star rating now because I’m tired of having problems SPENDING OUR OWN MONEY. I can’t even pay a $3,000 medical bill without jumping through hoops and physically coming into the bank. THATS RIDICULOUS. ITS OUR MONEY. TIRED OF THIS CRAP. Edit: I changed my rating but I am going to leave the review for now as I’m actually shocked something like that happened at all. I’m not sure how a major bank has their servers go down without having a backup server. If they did have a backup server and it didn’t work either… someone needs fired. They should have an IT person that regularly checks everything, like the servers. But they did fix everything quickly. Just sucked not to be able to access our own money. I will change my review back to 5 stars depending on what happens today, but if this ever happens again we will find somewhere else to bank. The fact that my husbands paycheck, it seems along with half the town, did not receive his paycheck today. Not because of his company, but because of OUR BANK?! Really? We have car and house insurance coming out tonight and an auto loan coming out of the other account tonight. I’m assuming that they are going to cover any and all fees associated with overdrafts and cover any fees from our insurance company when the payment doesn’t go through. This is ridiculous though, and I’m not sure what the problem is but they better fix it… Fast. This is completely unacceptable. We had to refinance an auto loan and even though we didn’t have an account there they were super helpful and friendly. We got our loan at a great new rate with no hassles!
