This credit union is an absolute disaster. They change their hours without warning, shut down for “staff meetings” in the middle of the day, and operate with a level of disorganization I’ve never seen from any bank. If I ran my business the way they run theirs, I wouldn’t have a single customer left. The Newburgh branch is a joke. The lobby closes at 4 PM for favor of a drive thru only option— who closes a bank lobby at 4?! With only a drive thru option— and the staff practically interrogate you at the drive-thru just for trying to do basic banking. No other bank behaves like this, but somehow this place thinks it’s acceptable. I pulled every account I had because they made doing business so unnecessarily difficult. Total clown show from top to bottom. Save yourself the headache and avoid this place entirely. Try hvfcu instead. Its definitely more customer friendly.

The person behind the counter was very. Helpful withy card issue. She was by herself and was taking care of the drive through and the counter. My issue took a while and there now was a line as well. The manager kept coming behind the counter to use the printer but never bothered helping out. My wife was waiting for me and needed to use the bathroom, she asked the manager explaining it was urgent but she was told it was not. Public bathroom (I thought we were members). The manager need to be fired while the woman behind the counter should be promoted.

Avoid thia bank if your a small buisness as they have predatory fees of 10 dollars a day for having no money in your checking account that will continue to go up until they close out your account. Think about that, they charge you for having no money and its per day
