Member here for 43 years, started because of my Job. This place has turned into a Joke. Oldest son joined AF after graduating College wasn’t able to get a car loan turned into such a cluster I had already purchased it so he just paid me, was trying to establish credit, daughter graduated college gets job dad finds car buys it and she goes to get a loan to establish credit and pay for car in early January and now March still hasn’t got the loan so many excuses for why they don’t have enough people to get anything done. On top of that I can’t even count the amount of issues that we all have had with added on fees and cards being blocked and accounts compromised. It once was a great place to bank but Far from it Now what a shame of a financial institution this place has turned into.My last time there I deposited $18 k from a side Job and I tried to set up a appointment for my daughter to get car loan which still hasn’t happened and she wasn’t allowed to use the bathroom. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!

Member services have become horrible at this bank. I have been here for about 5 years and going to be switching because of recent events. Their loans are terrific but their debit cards are constantly offline or whatever and their system is also down for maintenance also without warning leaving you stranded at the grocery store with a cart full of stuff. Also nobody ever answers the phones.

The worst bank I’ve EVER done business with!! Terrible customer service and always misleading information. Also, if you get Melissa as a teller please request someone else save to you the trouble. I’ve been waiting on a document she said she sent to me a 1week and 2 days ago, I call to get an update she then denies ever saying she was going to provide me with the document that is due 2 days from now & also now says she isn’t allowed to mail the document! JUST TERRIBLE… no longer live in the area to be able to drive to location to sort out any issues no other branch to go into to get what I need. I’m frustrated!

I am not a member of this Credit Union but I was told by my Credit Union that it is one of there shared branches. I work in Portage but I live in another County, I tried to make a deposit in my account and the woman at the counter was saying it was rejecting my deposit and she couldn't find my credit union in her system. I then said well I will make sure to let my credit union know not to send any of there members here because of the mix-up and then she says OH No don't say that maybe your credit union computers are downI I took my money and left. While I was in my car, I spoke with one of the tellers at my credit union and she was confused also. She was like our computers are not down and they are one of our shared branches. She referred me to another Credit Union in the area.

Literally terrible. 0 stars. Do not put your money here. I had an account here for over a decade, then the ONE time I needed help because my debit card was stolen and used for an expensive purchase causing my account to go into the negatives, not only was it not marked at fraudulent, but in addition the bank said there was nothing they could do to help me. They didn’t even try. Told me to figure it out myself and oh well about my stolen money.
