This has honestly been the worst banking experience I’ve ever had. I’ve tried to give this bank multiple chances, but every time I end up more frustrated than before. They almost never answer the phone — I’ve had to call 15 or more times just to get someone to pick up, and when I leave messages, I never get a call back. It shouldn’t take that much effort just to reach someone for basic account help. When I do finally reach someone, the attitude is usually rude and dismissive, like I’m bothering them just for asking questions about my own account. I’ve gone into the branch in person hoping that would help, but the customer service there isn’t much better. It feels like no one there actually cares about resolving problems or helping their customers. To make things worse, my account keeps getting locked out for no clear reason. I’ve talked to them several times about it, and every time they assure me it’s fixed — but within days or weeks, I’m locked out again. It’s a repeating cycle that makes it nearly impossible to trust them with my finances. At this point, I’m completely fed up. A bank should make customers feel secure and supported, not ignored and frustrated. If you value your time and peace of mind, I’d strongly recommend looking elsewhere. I wish I had before going through all this hassle.

The worst bank crisis have ever been to. In particular the Votaw location there are some of the rudest people I have come across. I have been cashing checks there for years and recently they got a gentleman who wouldn’t cash my checks he wanted to put s hold on them when no one else does. He told me there had been recent check fraud and that because I didn’t have enough money to cover the check I looked suspicious. I asked if the lady check cleared he said yes but I can’t cash it. So I took the check back and went and cashed it at Walmart. I will be closing my account and contacting the BBB

Very nice, friendly place to do your finances. I've been with CrossRoads FCU for 14 years. I never had a any issues...if there is any kind of problem they are quick and generous with a sincere desire to fix the problem right away. Usually operator error is all me
