Not good service. No one reaches out tor helps . I’ve been trying for several months to get my cheque for homestead exemption which didn’t come through last summer. It’s 1700$ and everyone transfers it playing ping pong, voice mail is useless. I’m going to change my mortgage provider and not recommend Everwise! The loan process was smooth, we did not shop around.

My New Year review: Terrible customer service. After several phone calls and a personal visit to the Main Street South Bend branch, no one at the credit union (or VISA) can help me log in to my credit card cash back rewards. I would guess that some rewards have already expired because I haven’t been able to log in for a very long time. I was even promised a call back by a manager that never occurred. I will give 5 stars to customer rep Aliyah who spent nearly an hour trying to help me in August. I no longer use this credit card.

This is the best place for my money. Great friendly people. Shout out and a big thanks to the young lady teller at the Lincolnway branch,Took time to explain the app to me and fixed an issue I had with an online scam. She was friendly professional and patient enough that I actually understand now. The other young lady teller at the main street location that printed me a new card. She also friendly professional and kind.Thank you both.

I experienced a TIA stroke in April 2023. The entire staff at the Downtown Main Branch is really patient, compassionate, and helpful whenever I need help with my account. Prestina, Paulette, and the Tellars are great!!! I feel really grateful for the entire staff. Thanks to All

When Everwuse credit Union used to be teachers credit Union it was a really good place. Since they switched from teachers credit Union to Everwise it's gone downhill all the way. Some of the customer service representatives are just downright rude. Or they don't know their job. On top of that their app has so many problems it's utterly ridiculous. When it was teachers credit Union very rarely did we ever have any problems with the app at all. I don't know what's going on with that place but if I had a better place to go I would but I've been with them a long time and I don't want to change right now. Please investigate other credit unions to see how they are before you join ever wise. They don't have a complaint department you have to call one of their reps, to me that's a bunch of BS you should be able to call and actually talk to somebody in a complaint or compliance department
