My bf has used this bank for almost 5 years and they've cancelled multiple debit cards with no warning, not activated new ones, we've had issues with bills being paid and a hold put on the account for it only for the bank to remove the hold and push the funds through a week later after payment was made leading to his account over drafted. It's been one nightmare after another. Currently he just got paid and is trying to send me the money and again his card has been deactivated and he just got it 2 days ago, no texts, no call about any activity, nada. Safe to say tomorrow he's cancelling and going to a new bank. He's not the only one who has had many problems either and left.

This is the best bank I have ever used. Everyone is pleasant even know they work long hours. They have helped my family when others have gave excuses. Meghan is top notch in the loan department, call her she gets things done and one of the nicest people you will meet. No judgment zone here.

This is the best financial institution I have ever dealt with. I have had an account there for over 20 years. I moved to Lafayette 5 years ago and I STILL use as my primary institution. I've had car loans and personal loans with rates far below anything else I could find and they even helped me repair my credit when I was in my 20s and admittedly ignorant about credit. I will stay with them as long as they exist.

Well, I have never been told by a bank that they lost my title until here. I paid my loan off waiting a couple weeks called back and the lady who did my loan said they couldn’t find my title , I had to go get a duplicate the bank did reimburse me, Megan called 6 months later and tells me that she has my title . Clearly she didn’t know about the situation. Maybe it was covid, maybe it wasn’t. MEGAN is the best tho and the only person I will be dealing with there going forward.
