I will NEVER recommend this bank! I had a fraud alert sent to me FROM THEM I said it was fraud and took the measures THEY have in place! I have been calling non stop since fraud started and have YET to get a CALL BACK from their fraud department handler. I've only talked to their fraud "helper" and she was NOTHING BUT RUDE! I did talk to GM she was nice. I called again today talked to "fraud helper" and again she was RUDE and said well you use you card online,you gave your address ect umm yea I use my card online like 90% of America however I can look up any name and get a possible address on that name. Just because "they have my address,info " does not MEAN I MADE PURCHASE! They let fraud go through even though I said it was FRAUD not to mention 2 times for same person but they did take off one yea okay what about the other especially when im using your PROCESS/ACTIONS and it hould of never posted!...Edit/Update...I switched from 1 star to 5 because after I calmed down,I went in and talked with the branch manager,she went above and beyond took her time,talked with me DIDNT RUSH and went over everything. She took her time,watched my video/evidence of fraud and my refund was returned as soon as it was posted. Because of this and talking with her I left happy and everything taken care of. Thank you to the GM/Manager who helped me!

They let apple take money out of my account and then said that I authorized it. This is a joke. Watch your account balance because they take money from you and blame it on someone else or you.

I googled best banks in the area, and this place came up. I called them just to see if they could answer some questions. They acted irritated that I called. Google AI acted like this was a friendly place, so I guess it needs more accurate reviews.

no way to access money on the weekends if anything goes wrong during them. i was making purchases and a basic fraud alert happened, nothing serious. they are not open and have no way of contacting them on the weekends. i was only buying things off an auction app when it went down but what if it froze and i needed something more serious. EDIT. I strongly recommend other banks, this customer service (non) is inexcusable. you really cant have even one person in to help, been searching for hours now. i would like to have my money i earned please.

Allot happens in a couple years or so when I first had dealings with this bank I would have rated them 5+++++ I could call and was treated like we was neighbors no issues with my checking or savings I later financed a new truck threw them no problems they made it easy and treated me well. But over the last couple months I have had two different people a young lady and a young man who I believe was rude. And I applied for a small loan less then what I had sitting in my savings they denied me not once but twice I have my wife’s and my own direct deposit going into our checking combined deposits is as much as I wanted to barrow and the auto loan I have we are two months ahead. So I applied at two other banks in the area both approved me within 2 days for a line of credit at a very nice interest so I am getting bids for my project. Not sure what has changed here but would not recommend them at this time something changed there are some really great people there but they have brought in some rotten apples.
