I called 4 hrs ago to report lost card & make a payment. I never received confirmation. I called again they couldn’t find payment or lost card. I was told new card would arrive in 10-14 days. Their rates are too high, you can’t understand who you’re talking to. A company that just wants to take advantage of people that have hit a rough spot. I closed card. Don’t need these headaches

I had the destiny card and had credit protection. I lost my job and tried to activate the protection. They never responded and continued to charge late fees. I called customer service and come to find out I had 4 open accounts so I just closed them. They kept issuing new card numbers without my knowledge.I would rather deal with a lowered credit score from closing an account than to deal with these fraudsters.

They closed my account due to inactivity in the last 6 months. Yet payments were being made every month on time balance was less than 1/10th of the credit limit. They didn’t even take into account as to why the card wasn’t used. A grieving wife and family due to a deadly accident wasn’t acceptable to continue keeping the card open.

Horrible company. Deactivated my card AFTER I told them not to! Then said “sorry, you have to wait for the new card!). It wouldn’t be an issue if I wasn’t going overseas the next day. I’ll definitely be closing my account with this place! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!!!

Despicable credit company they’ll set up payments for certain dates only to process the transaction a whole week later…. Oh and did I mention YOU CAN NOT pay your bill with a debit card or in any other manner than direct debit.
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
