I went in with my wife to get info on a loan for property. The 3 white heavy set women working that Saturday were the most unprofessional and racist people I've had the displeasure of encountering. They didn't make any attempt to get out of their chairs. Although there were no other people at the bank at the time, all three of them had a visible issue that they wore on their faces answering our questions. Snotty and snippy answers to our questions, talking amongst eachother like we weren't even there. Ultimately they told us the manager wasn't there at the time. I asked for his information to contact him, they said he would be in Monday. But no attempts were made to share his or take my information. I left mine. They made all of the assumptions ,without any idea of our financial capabilities. Solely based on what they felt. Boy were they wrong! Was it because we are hispanics? Or because we spoke 2 languages? Im wondering if I needed to state that I'm an Americanand and my wife as well? I'm a retired professional athlete, so a financial issue isnt a problem. I didn't need to deal with the negative energy these women were bringing to the table. The manager did call me later that day. Super nice gentleman and was very helpful. At the end of our call, I did express to him my concerns and discomfort as to my visit that day. He was so apologetic and embarrassed as he said that is not the experience he wanted anyone to have at his bank at all. Funny enough, we were able to buy the property without any further issues, directly from the prior owner. Moral of this is, treat everyone as you would want to be treated. Don't let your mind take you to a place where you think it's ok to treat other people wrong based on racial prejudice. This is 2025, this branch and corporate should address these issues. Its cheaper to retrain and restaff than to deal with the alternative.

The bank teller i always seem to get whether that be at the window or on the phone has been rude, and talks to me like i'm dumb. I rarely ask any questions and i'm mostly depositing money or cashing a check and only have to exchange very few words and it still manages to be like this every time ! (brown hair & black glasses)

I've been banking here for years, and the customer service is excellent! The ladies are all very knowledgable, prompt and curteous. Indiana Lakes is my home town bank!
