About a month ago, I received awesome service from Greater Iowa Credit Union’s auto loan department. Everyone from Ozzie the loan officer who handled my application to the tellers who helped me open my membership to Justin who cut the check was simply outstanding. After the truly extraordinary service, I moved my other automatic payments for other accounts to my GICU account. Thank you GICU for your excellent service. Please keep it up!

We had a pleasant experience with the staff, getting the information we needed, and getting the automatic payment system set up was not a good experience. The had transposed the account number and out payment was then delinquiet. No alerts on their end to reach out to us, or an alert to come to us that there was a problem with out payment. Maybe some software updates to allow this.

Very upset that they never sent me notifications that my savings account didn't have any activity before they started taking fees and eventually closing the account. I get plenty of emails to apply for loans with my great credit score and the amazing interest rates they have available. I would have appreciated the reminder that I need to put some cash into my savings account to keep it active. Seems they must've preferred to lose a customer.

Called in today because there was issues with my account and cards. I believe that the lady's name was Karen, but I could be wrong. Anyways I paid bills the other day and the payments weren't applying. I checked and they were coming out of the incorrect account. I asked why and what about the NSF charges. She said that they were pulling the amounts out of what would be the wrong account. I asked how that could happen because the payments were set to come out of the other account. Blamed it on the card companies, and basically said I was screwed on the NSF charges even though its not my problem. Didn't even try to help, solve, or resolve the issue. I said it was the banks error, and now not only do I need reimbursement for the NSF, but the charges for late payments on getting on the other end. Then I asked if this is why my new debit card didn't work? She said no its was related to the pin number not being right. I said I did not change my pin number when the activation asked for it. She responded with yes there is a "glitch" in our system, you should've put the same number back in here's a number to reset it. I think there is a bunch of "glitches" within the bank. Probably be another glitch if they don't respond. I brought my business here a couple years ago, then brought some business accounts last year. Looks like Ill be shopping for another bank, excuse me credit union.

Horrible communication! 5 years of automatic payments on my car loan and at the last payment they didn’t withdraw instead they turned it into collections agency. No phone calls or information to clarify I had to go in person and make the final payment. Never late for 5 years and this is how they want to end our relationship! And now there claiming I still owe $5
