Overall my experience with them has been pretty good the last 13 years. 4 star because every once in a while their app and online banking is not working at all.

I have been with RVCU for 8 or so years now and I am happy with their services!! There are minimal fees, great security for accounts, and they also gave me an awesome rate for my car loan!!! Thank you RVCU!!

I have experienced great communication with these guys. Not sure why some have had bad experiences, but maybe those writing poor reviews are just bad communicators. My family have been with River Valley for nearly a decade now, and we have always experienced great service. Staff are available and ready to help with just about anything. Much appreciation to all the friendly folks serving with RVCU.

I’m only leaving this review because I was looking at opening an account here. I’m reading other peoples reviews. People whining about getting their vehicle loan statement late or not getting stuff in the mail on time. Do you know when your payment is due when you sign the loan papers! Take some self responsibility. It’s funny you blame the financial institution, but don’t take responsibility for yourselves. The only issue I see with this credit union is the fact that they have allowed imbeciles to open up accounts who are not smart enough to manage their own finances. I will definitely be checking this place out.

I am not sure why there are so.many 1s on this place. I have been a member longer than most employees there. Since 1980 this has been my credit union. My dad was an original member. We have had problems over the years but I take part of that as me and bad banking habits. I've never had any teller be rude. Never had no one work with me if I was in a bind. We moved 2 hours away and still worked fine. Banking is always changing and I'm glad my credit union is always doing its best to keep up with things.
