Very poor experience with them for my brother. He was trying to make sure all of finances were in order before he passed. They told him he physically had to come into the facility to do anything. He was hooked up to iv’s and could not leave. Then told to do it online. He did. He passed 10 days ago and they are just now reaching out to him about the online information. I suggest if you want to make changes make sure it’s before you go into the hospital. Once you are in there, the opportunity for you to get your accounts the way you want them will be out the window. They were rude to him on the phone. US Bank is so much more helpful.

While dealing with Shawn McKoon on refinancing our auto loan, we found the process very easy. We saved alot of money. He is always pleasant to speak with.

There is literally nothing positive about this credit union. Their interest rates on loans or accounts aren't competitive to other credit unions let alone larger banks. Their lobby and drive thru hours are so restrictive that they basically function as an online only bank for people with a typical M-F, 8-5 type job. But their online portal/services are the worst I've experienced. And if you move away from the area, or simply can't get time off work for an in person appt they will force you to keep your account open by not allowing you to close it. My account was opened by my mom before I was an adult, and yet even with my consent she couldn't close it for me. And when she tried to call to ask about it no one answered or returned her call, so she had to go in person just to ask. And when she arrived and provided the account number they tried to tell her that was the wrong number at first. Then the teller claimed they weren't actually sure because they've rolled over account numbers recently to new numbers (which if they did, they didn't inform me of a new account number) Then told her she couldn't close it because I'm an adult even though I consented to her closing it. Also the phone rang while she was there and of course, just like when she called, they just ignored it and no one answered it. I also tried showing up 30 min before the end of their hours once to close it as I managed to get off early enough to arrive within their hours and they refused to close my account without an appt as "it takes about 20 min". I also was informed they cannot close accounts over the phone. Only with an in person appt. But when I tried to make an appt the latest appts they offered in the day were almost two hours before the end of their hours. So they're literally forcing me to either take half a day of PTO, and drive over an hour away from where I live, to close my account or leave my account open. This feels borderline illegal. Update: The morning after I left this review I got a call asking if I would like to esign my account closure and get the check mailed to me. I obviously accepted since two days earlier I had called them requesting that exact option and been told I couldn't do that.

I have to unfortunately update another poor review. I went to the drive through on Saturday to find out they are not open on Saturdays anymore. On Monday, I spoke to them about problems getting into my account. I was told they would reset it. On Thursday I told them that I can't log in and they told me they will re-set my account again. It did not work. I called them and loged in to get this fixed and find out that with their upgrade, information is not carring over and my accounts in bill pay are not present.

This is probably the worst bank my fiancé and I have dealt with. They charge you fees for paper statements without telling you and EVERY THREE DAYS they charge you a extra $10 if it goes in the negatives. We never received a paper statement in the mail either so it was a complete shock to find out . Also, if you don’t use online banking, they charge you to bank with them. They refuse to work with you and this is not the first time this bank has screwed us sadly. I hope no one else has to deal with the trouble this bank puts people through and goes to a more trusted, competent bank who does work with their customers.
