I worked with Brady upfront to get some documents printed. She was inviting and attentive to my needs. I also asked some questions about cds and she was able to provide me with great information to take back home.

Customer service in the mortgage department is horrible. They tell you they’re going to do something and then they don’t do it. You have to ride them for several days in order for it to get done. They don’t respond to emails or return phone calls. And when you do make contact with him, they are very short answered and act like you’re bothering them. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere where they will appreciate your business and not act like you are a nuisance. Really wish I would’ve went somewhere else.

Living under a bridge while they won't release my funds. Every check i cash gets put on hold. I was hit by a drunk driver and put into debt and still won't release my personal injury check
