My experience with Corda Bank has been nothing but frustrating. Their banking attendants appear poorly trained and consistently lack basic knowledge required for their roles. They do not understand financial powers of attorney, nor are they familiar with the laws and rights that apply to military members, both of which are fundamental in the banking industry. Every time I call, it feels like I’m starting from scratch. No one seems to know what’s going on, previous conversations are not tracked, and simple issues have to be explained repeatedly. Basic forms are filled out incorrectly, which results in errors, delays, and the need for countless follow-up calls. As someone who deals with financial institutions on a daily basis, it is very clear that Corda Bank does not adequately train its employees or emphasize attention to detail, something that is absolutely critical when handling people’s financial documents and legal authority. I would not recommend this bank to anyone. If you are looking for a financially literate, competent, and professional banking institution, this is not the bank for you. My experience has shown them to be difficult to work with and uneducated in their field.

So I bought my vehicle and got stuck with this crappy credit union for the lender. Hate this place never explained to me properly that when I clicked the button on my phone to switch vehicles I was only on liability only they just kept telling me I wasn't insured so I kept printing them saying I had coverage they could of explained it better to me. But hey these crooks charged me 1500 dollars for half a months insurance and wrecked my credit. I refinance my home to get rid of them and I will not walk in another corda credit union again this place bleeds u dry!!!!!!

I received outstanding customer service at Corda Credit Union today from Nathaniel Smith. My accounts were compromised, so I needed to replace my cards. He picked up that I was very anxious. Nathaniel asked, "Are you okay?" When he saw I wasn't, he talked me through the situation. Nathaniel had a calming personality, which put me at ease. He continued on with my transactions while making small talk with me. I have banked at this credit union since 2002. Never once have I ever been disappointed while banking there. When I walk away, I always know they have my back, while I have their trust.

Recently worked with Crystal Rivera to refinance our truck and she was amazing! She provided valuable information about the gap program we had not considered before. Crystal was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond.

They deserves 0 stars. You're better off banking with anyone else. Customer service is terrible, website is not intuitive, and they have more fees than major banks. Do yourself a favor and read the other bad reviews, they're fairly consistent.
