I’ve been a customer here for over 20 years. Unfortunately I have another account with another bank as well, which I greatly regret. QOCU does not have excessive fees. The employees are all very friendly and the place does have an ATM and IS secure unlike one of the other reviews stated. They do have a security lock door (there is a sign which states “please ring the doorbell”) if you follow the simple instructions they notice you immediately. I’m assuming this is because they are set back from the road a bit. I would want that extra protection if I worked there for sure. I feel like this is just proof that they care about the protection of their employees and customers. The facility is always clean and everyone who works here seems to do their best for top notch customer service. Good job guys!

QOCU is a fantastic banking facility. The staff are friendly and very capable. I’ve been a member for over 20 years and have had several auto loans, a commercial account, and a boat loan over the years. I’ve always gotten excellent service and competitive rates. The only complaint I have is their somewhat restrictive operating hours. They do the best they can however.

One of the last small credit unions in the CR area, and have most of the services of larger CUs and banks. Locally their savings and loan rates are very competitive. QOCUs greatest asset however is their staff. Over the years they have been a pleasure to work with.

I would run from this place! First impressions says it all. My employer uses this "bank" and through them offers discounted tickets to Adventureland. The information that they send over (their flyers and advertisement) do not state how, or by what means you are able to buy the tickets. After speaking to our office staff at work, I was informed I had to physically go to the "bank" to purchase the tickets. Now, they are not open past 4:30, so I had to take a full lunch hour to go and try to purchase these tickets. Upon arrival, the building does not scream "bank", it doesn't even scream "secure". If you have money in this establishment, you are far more trusting than I ever would be. When trying to enter, the door is locked and you have to knock to be let in (this is about the only form of security they have). After I walked in, a gentleman escotred a customer to a room and closed the door, and a woman was sitting on the phone. It was about 10 minutes before I was acknowledged, and it was "I have one more call to make then I'll be able to help you". When I was FINALLY helped, I told her I wanted to purchase 2 tickets, and pulled out my credit card. I was informed that they would only accept cash from me, and that the ATM was down the road. What kind of "bank" not only is missing an ATM, but doesn't accept credit cards? People, I fear this is a scam in the making and I would take my money and run far, far, far away if I were you.
