Andrew Quandt is by far #1 in customer service and he even helped with financial request while his time off. Thank you Andrew for everything you do for our community and NSCCU members.

I'm over calling them and they dont think I'm smart enough to ask for an accounts person so the receptionist of teller informs me she can take care of this, she pit me on hold 3 times to get answers she didn't know. 3rd time on hold she hangs up on me. Called back and yet again on hold They had my email as Gmail, it's not Gmail. Accounts open since 1979 I am getting out of this CU ASAP. Cuz obviously I'm to stupid to know who I need to talk to!

Did a loan modification on my auto loan, knock at my door stating they have to take my vehicle, spoke to collection Mgr Named Michael, horrible experience sorry I have no notes on this account, original loan on Vehicle when first purchased less the 2 yrs ago first invoice from North Star with a loan amount of $158,000. Customer service experience via email states loan office won't be in office until May. Promised no fees to pick up vehicle $1150 dollars later i said good by North Star. Just a mess even the Repo people say this is the worst bank to deal with. #Banklocal

Spoke with a rep about wanting to give the correct card number since I paid last time with a different one. When I was giving my number, she was very rude and hostile because I gave a card number and not a routing & account number. Her harsh tone was unacceptable. Just gave me a reason to refinance my vehicle somewhere else

North Star is a great place to bank in your local area(for me, this location was cherokee, IA). As far as living 3 hours away, as in my case, they have helped me out personally, and they have grown as a credit union, in ways that have blown my mind in the last few years. They have added a mobile deposit option to their mobile application on the playstore. They have made it very simple and easy to access your money. They always answer phone calls, they are always helpful, and as far as their policies allow, they are a great help in your own personal time of need, if any were to arise suddenly(they have helped me with this personally). If I have ever been upset with this establishment, it was only because of my own personal ignorance, but I applaud them and would recommend them to certain friends that I personally know. I hope this is helpful for any who are seeking guidance, to make the correct decisions, for your own personal life. Whatever that may look like. God bless you ๐๐๐๐๐๐
