I've been with this credit union for many years and been very satisfied with all their services. They are a trustworthy business.

I've been locked out of my account for weeks. The app doesn't work, the website doesn't work, or the 24-hour phone number. This isn't something I should have to take time off work for. I also have no idea where my card is that I have been waiting weeks for. I've had some good customer service; so, I'm updating my review with more stars.

This place lacks basic customer service skills and courtesy and from the looks of the prior comments it is something that is a common trend for them. I will NEVER recommend this credit union and would advise everyone to look for a different credit union or bank. I for sure will be closing my accounts and going elsewhere. They also violate banking regulations and laws and practice unfair lending. Credit Unions used to be for the people however this particular credit union is greedy and does not care about their customers.

I have been banking with DMMCU SINCE 2013. 8 years total now and haven’t once came across on changing banks or going anywhere else. They have great friendly staff that always helps me out, very professional on their services they provide. Would highly recommend friends and family to bank with then! Thank you.

This placed used to be a goldmine. One of the last places that’s used to make you feel like they cared and wanted you there. Not so much lately. There guidelines have certainly changed. Has the feelings of a larger nationwide bank! Look elsewhere, other CU will not only beat their rates, but will welcome you in.
