I have recently received 2 loans from JCU, one for a recreational vehicle and one for a new truck. The process was fast and easy, just a few emails back and forth, signed electronic documents and picked up the checks at the drive through. Alexandria and Alisha made the process fast and convenient with great percentage rates. I highly recommend JCU.

Tried scheduling an appointment as a new customer but that seemed to be too much to handle. The woman answering phones cant do anything. She has to pass it on to the loan officer who is always busy, which leads to them saying theyll call back. I get a voicemail the next day from a LO who says to call her back but its just the same number I called yesterday. No extension. So I call back (takes 5 tries) and get the front desk lady again who restarts the process saying the LO is busy and she can call back. I called in with a specific date two weeks from now that i wanted to go in. Crazy to me how a secretary or whatever she is cant schedule something. Not to mention she wanted to give an attitude like I was in the wrong by trying to do business. Seems I can either keep calling or go in and wait until they have to help me on person. But really they just lost my business. For being rated so highly, it feels like 1 star service.

I wanted to close my account partially because of their exorbitant fees and was met with this message Monday morning. Even if I disliked their fee policy, that doesn't mean they get to be rude and unprofessional to me in response. Truly abhorrent and petty behavior from their representatives. I would not recommend this place as they have terrible customer service, which is also what prompted me to close my account. And they treat you like dirt the minute you say they can't have your money anymore. "Iowa Nice" has never looked so mean. I'm posting this twice as it's unclear what location Kaylee is at.
