I am fairly inexperienced with credit and loans. I got my first credit card here to build my average credit. I didnt know much so I accepted a 30% APR. It turns out that is an extremely predatory rate. So much so there are new laws being considered to stop banks from doing that. But I took it on the chin as a learning experience. Fast forward I apply for a new car loan (a corolla, nothing fancy) and they deny me saying they only use equifax who has me below a threshhold. Yet my experian score is 20 points higher and well above the threshhold. What an annoying and embarressing experience. I had already talked toyota about reserving the car and now ill have to go back looking like a fool. "Go to a credit union, theyre much more willing to help. Get a new car loan because they have less risk and more likely to be accepted." Yeah right. Also the app is outdated.

Premier Credit Union is the only place I’d ever recommend banking with. They’re personable, friendly, and truly accommodating — whether you’ve got thousands or millions, you’re treated with the same level of respect and attention. Penny is exceptional when it comes to personal loan needs. She’s reliable, efficient, and will make sure you’re taken care of with top-tier service from start to finish.

Never have I had a financial institution make up resons why they're taking your money or no allowing ou to access it. I deposited my payroll check into there atm and it was accepted and showed that my whole check was in my account. I go to use my debit card and was declined when I look at my account it shows I have no money. So I call them and they proceed to tell me they ut a hold on m funds and it would be 3 days before it was released. But if was to fo a mobile deposit I wouldn't have this problem and. Then proceed to hit me with overdraft fees. When I put my check into there atm it never showed this problem. So I couldnt use the money that I deposited into the atm(which all it does is take a picture of it) and it tool the picture of it it has a hold on it but if i used my phone to do it I wouldn't have this problem. So now half my check is gone because of only over draft fees which I shouldn't have and they won't refund the money because im supposed to know if my money is in my account. I will never put another cent in this bank ever again.

I called the downtown branch today to help my Mom set up reoccurring payment because we were running into issues with the online portal. My Mom did not have her account number at hand but did provide her social security #, a text message to her phone and a recent purchase in the last 30 days. Despite all of this, it was not sufficient to verify it's her and they advised to visit the branch in person. Very dissatisfied with the customer service and we will make sure the next time we're in, to close our accounts and take our business elsewhere.

You people suck Don't make a cash payment with their live teller and ask for it to be applied to your credit card. Itssssssssss never 24 hours! Fred is generally knowledgeable but is wrong in this instance!
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
