My mom set up my account at AIM (at that point, it was Alliant) while she was pregnant with me. I am now 30 years old. AIM was with me through my childhood, my first job (and every job after), my first car (got my loan at AIM), my college career, my move halfway across the country, my move back - everything. They've always taken care of me, so I feel bad that I'm only just now giving them a 5 star review. Today, I got a call from AIM. They received notification of a large transfer coming from my account. I had intentionally and knowingly initiated the transaction, but the fact that I received a call from a person I've known for literal years (thanks, Denise!), just to be sure I knew about this transaction -- this is the reason I'll always be at AIM. Thank you, AIM, for keeping me and my money safe for more than 30 years!

I got a secured credit card with then and they sent another one both with my last name spelled wrong and was told by Mike the head man to just use it and wouldn’t over night a new one. Then had issues with PayPal and Denice Habel not only didn’t fix the mistake she overturned a decision made by Shazam and made my account negative. These people are the worst to deal with. Stay far away.

I've been a member of this Credit Union located in Dubuque, Iowa for at least 30 years now and have been hopelessly spoiled by their consistently superb service, courtesy, helpfulness and the professionalism of every staff member that I've ever dealt with. This is what happens when you have a great staff along with great leadership!!

One of the best Credit unions around. I was with Dupaco ever since I was a kid and in 2020 and 2021 alone, they've charged me over $900 in fees and treated me so badly, they threw me into a financial crisis. I'm losing my home and soon my car. Reason for 4 stars is because AIM helped some what but still didn't help all that much, but unlike Dupaco, they actually treat me like a human being and even know my name when I go into a branch. They are super awesome and look forward to more years as a member.

If your getting any financial advice from these people Im sorry for you. I have been with them over 10 years and constant problems, closing down atms, branches, technology that constantly errors and service that is provided at the level of a low wage fast food resturaunt. I never EVER thought I would say this bet your better off with Wells Fargo lol Every location I have been at is the worst. The lowest paid staff are the best but most only stay for a few months. Disappointed that I can not sufficiently support a local operation because of the incompetance of even the most basic of banking functions! Ive more than tried with you ACU but Ive discovered im way more pleased with Wells Fargo and thats the lowest of bar...
