If you plan to pay off your auto loan early, do not get a loan through this bank. For the last 3 months I made a principal only payment in addition to my regular payment. Each time it was processed, interest was taken out, even though I clearly stated on my check 'principal only'. All 3 times I had to call in and get it fixed. The supervisor that called me today had excuses and ended up hanging up on me. I finally just paid off the vehicle and am taking my business to another loan organization.

I bought a car and had everything in place they accepted my loan offer signed papers drove off the lot. To be called by ford to tell me they went back on there word an that I was over what they claimed they accepted! Which i wasn't! Hands down the worst expirence!!! Thanks to fort dodge ford for working with me to get a different loan with a reliable bank. I would not recommend them to any of my friends or family.

This isn't just for one branch it's for both . I have been with Citizens community credit union. For 3 years now and I feel that the staff . Are rude and disrespectful to me. And it's to the point I don't even want to go into. Citizens community credit union now . I will be switching banks the first chance I get.

Count your days you incompetent fools. Be lucky you don’t have a social media team let alone anyone who picks up the phone to run a professional business. After all these years I’ve had a car loan thru you guys, my name is spelled WRONG EVERY PIECE OF MAIL I RECEIVE. Can you guys not read a 6 letter name and type it correctly? I’ve moved and if I can’t get a new license cuz my the name is spelt wrong on my mail for verification.. I swear to GOD 😒 regardless.. learn how to spell. It’s not OR.. it’s ER. Edit: when are you gonna send the title information to my new address so I can get my plates changed? It’s been 3 weeks since I called. This is pathetic

Got a car loan from them through a used car dealership. I wanted to make additional payments toward the principal through the phone but they do not allow that, it has to be in person. It’s such an inconvenience because I live 2 hours away. So I decided to pay off the loan. Couldn’t pay it off online either, has to be in person. Up to 2 weeks to process with a cashiers check. I’ve never had this kind of experience with other loans from other banks in the past.
